Do I need to provide my own Oura Ring?
Yes. You’ll use your own Oura Ring for customization. You can either ship us your existing ring using the prepaid label we provide, or have Oura send a new ring directly to our studio after your purchase.
How long does the process take?
Once your ring arrives at Halo Labs, our team will begin work within 24 hours.
Each piece is handcrafted with precision and care, and most orders are completed and shipped back to you within 1-2 weeks.
Please note that in some cases, production may take slightly longer to ensure our standards of design integrity and quality assurance are fully met.
What is the process to purchase a Halo Ring?
Upon purchase, you’ll receive a Halo Labs package containing a prepaid FedEx return label.
Please place your Oura Ring and charger inside the provided packaging and attach the return label before shipping.
If you’re ordering a new Oura Ring directly from the factory, you can select that option during checkout — your new ring will be shipped straight to Halo Labs for integration, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
Can I take the housing off?
No. The Halo Labs housing is not designed to be removed at home.
If you’d like it taken off, you can ship your ring back to our studio, where a professional jeweler will carefully remove the fine metal casing without damaging your Oura Ring.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping and insurance are completely included for all orders within the United States.
Your Halo Labs package will arrive with a prepaid, insured FedEx label for secure delivery both to and from our studio.
What if I get a new Oura Ring?
You’ll receive a 60% credit that can be applied toward an upgraded model if you decide to evolve your Oura Ring in the future.
You can also sell the cost of the materials back to Halo Labs.
